After leaving her job at an investment firm and spending the summer globetrotting, Princess Beatrice gets a new job in the entertainment field.

The daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson has just started her internship at the London headquarters of Sony Pictures Television, according to The Daily Mail.

The company is a division of Sony Entertainment and is the owner and international distributor of shows produced by a variety of companies. It is also involved in producing TV shows such as "The Blacklist," "The Goldbergs" and "The Dr. Oz Show."

The 25-year-old princess left her job at an investment capital firm in Central London late last summer, and since then, she has been touring the globe. Beatrice rode the yacht of billionaire Lakshmi Mittal, climbed up to Aspen with Richard Branson's children Sam and Holly and frequently visits Eugenie in New York.

Beatrice also does public service work from time to time. Just last year, she and her sister Eugenie went to Berlin, Germany, as part of the Great Campaign - an initiative to attract students, visitors and investors from around the globe to the United Kingdom.

A source tells Express Online that "some charities who have had royal patrons are interested in getting Beatrice to succeed them."

Meanwhile, Princess Eugenie is now based in New York and working at Paddle8, an online auction house. Since crossing the pond and settling at the Big Apple, Eugenie has been spotted strolling along her SoHo neighbourhood by herself, walking on her way to work.

Last month, the sisters attended the Charity: Water Gala in New York, with Beatrice bringing her boyfriend, Dave Clarke, along with her.

Eugenie graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in English literature and history of art, while Beatrice had a degree in history of ideas from Goldsmiths, University of London.
