Princess Diana New Findings on the Cause of Her Death Involving British Military [PHOTOS]

New information about the death of Princess Diana leads to murder allegations and the Scotland Yard has already initiated “scoping” and assessment of the “credibility and relevance” of the fresh evidence that also reveals that a member of the British military could be behind her tragic death.

The explosive evidence came from the Royal Military Police and is now in the hands of the Scotland Yard. The evidence surfaced from a separate trial involving SAS sniper, Sgt. Danny Nightingale.

Sgt. Nightingale is being linked to the Princess's untimely demise after a letter was unearthed alleging that SAS is “behind Princess Diana’s death.”

This fresh detail is contained in a letter sent to SAS unit’s commanding officer by the parent’s in-law of an SAS special forces sniper, known as Soldier N. Citing a report by Sunday People Newspaper, The Australian noted that Soldier N is the roommate of the accused, serving as key witness in the Nightingale trial, who was later convicted for illegal possessions of weapons.

The letter claimed that Soldier N boasted that the SAS may have a hand in the tragic death of Prince William’s and Prince Harry’s mother. It reiterated that the Princess of Wales was killed by a sniper, a member of the British military.

Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Police also released a statement that a new information had been received that could pave way for fresh investigation on the death of Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed in 1997. The police officials added, however, that the Metro Police has yet to decide if they are reopening the case.

The police assured the public however, that it has already spearheaded initial investigations looking into the “credibility and relevance” of the new information.

“The assessment will be carried out by officers from the specialist crime and operations command,” a spokesman from the Metro Police was quoted as saying in the statement, according to The Australian.

The police official added, “'This is not a re-investigation and does not come under Operation Paget.”

Clarence House has also issued a statement with both the Royal Princes refusing to give a statement in the new development on their mother’s death.

The report of the new evidence emerged weeks after Prince William became a first time dad to the Prince of Cambridge, Prince George, with his wife, the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton. It came just three weeks before Prince Harry’s birthday on September 15.

The world mourned with the death of Princess Diana on August 31, 1997. The untimely death came when the Mercedes she was riding with Dodi Al Fayed crashed in the Paris tunnel when they were trying to lose the paparazzi who followed them as they left Ritz Hotel. The chauffeur, Henri Paul also died in the fatal accident.

The Royal Court of Justice, led by Lord Justice Scott Baker ruled out “unlawful killing” in a decision after the inquest in 2007-2008. The ruling also said that the death is a result of “grossly negligent driving of the following vehicles and of the Mercedes.” Other parties declared as cause of the tragic accident included the chauffeur being drunk and the paparazzis pursuing Princess Diana in motorbikes.
