Paul Walker's death has delayed the release of "Fast and Furious 7". Here, we take a look at how the lead actor's death will affect the biggest franchise of Hollywood.

Firstly, the film will not be opening on July 11th as scheduled previously. This means that other production studios will rush in to release their film on the said day. The films, which may benefit from the delay of "Fast and Furious 7" are "Maleficent" and "Good Dinosuar".

According to report by Forbes.com," There is a possibility that Lionsgate may move the release of Expendables 3 to July 11th."

Secondly, as Walker is the main actor in the film, the writers of the film will be re-working on the script of the film. The main parts of the film with Walker were not shot, so it will be easy for the director to shoot the film scenes with a new actor.

Thirdly the re-shooting of the scenes and re-working of the script will affect the film financially. Contrary to early reports, fans do not have to worry over the possibility of a cancellation of the film as too much money is involved in the making.

As per the Forbes.com statistics, "The last two entries in the series made $1.4 billion worldwide. It's Universal's biggest live-action franchise."

Lastly, the brand image of the film will be affected by roping in the new actor instead of Paul Walker. Indeed, Paul was the face of 'Fast and Furious 7.' Paul's death has definitely cost the film and a number of fans.
