Casey Royer charged of child endangerment and under the influence of heroin after overdosing in front of 12-year-old son
The former drummer of Social Distortion and punk icon, Casey Royer has been charged with child endangerment and with one count of being under the influence of heroin after overdosing allegedly in front of his 12-year old son.
Royer, according to Aceshowbiz was saved by his own son who called for neighbor’s help when his 52-year-old dad collapsed as they were watching television.
The responding police, said TMZ found drug paraphernalias at his home.
The punk icon was revived by the doctors at the Orange County, California and was then arrested for child endangerment and being under the influence of heroin on March 14, Monday.
The musician is now under police custody and detained on $120,000 bail.
