'Quantico' episode 6 recap: Deputy Director Clayton Haas may be involved in the bombing

On episode 6 of “Quantico” Season 1, the NATs are in their sixth week at the FBI academy. Alex (Priyanka Chopra) and Ryan (Jake McLaughlin) get intimate, same with Shelby (Johanna Braddy) and Caleb (Graham Rogers). More secrets are revealed and lessons learned as the trainees pay very close attention to video and audio feeds.

In the latest episode of "Quantico" titled "God," Miranda (Aunjanue Ellis) missed three days from the office, because she was too sacred to leave her son, Charlie, in the house. O’Connor (Josh Hopkins) told her that he will watch over the boy while the latter worked. While Alex and Ryan were listening to the conversations in the house, Liam discovered Ryan snooping around and they talked about Alex.

In the meantime, Caleb was hurt that Shelby may only be spending time with him for the physical pleasures. Shelby later clarified that she likes him, but currently needs to focus on her training.

Simon (Tate Ellington) approached Nimah (Yasmine Al Massri) regarding a date. However, Raina was the one who liked him and the sisters switched for the former to spend some time with Simon. Simon admitted that he was only pretending to be gay.

In the present time at "Quantico," it was revealed that Caleb was the son of the deputy director. He worked the Grand Central Station case with his father and tried to get all the video footage to determine how Alex managed to bomb the place. Alex, however, believed that Caleb was only doing so to remove himself from being involved in the terrorist act. Shelby did not give any help, but it was shown that she had an affair with Caleb’s father. She faked a trip to Argentina, so she could spend time with Caleb’s father in a hotel nearby. Raina and Nimah were also in the building days before the bomb blast.

At least someone discovered that Ryan was helping Alex get away from the FBI. Natalie (Annabelle Acosta) was able to catch Ryan in a lie. Natalie may not have the best personality, but she is not to be underestimated at what she does.

Based on the revelations on "Quantico," episode 6, titled, “God,” Clayton Haas and his son are looking guilty. Nimah and Raina also looked guilty after the episode, although it is likely that the blame would not ultimately be pinned on them.

The next “Quantico” episode titled "Go" will air on Sunday, Nov. 8.
