'Queen of the South' 'Sólo el Amor de Una Madre' spoilers [VIDEOS]
The "Queen of the South" TV series, starring Verónica Falcón as Camila Vargas, Joaquim de Almeida as Don Epifanio Vargas, Alice Braga as Teresa Mendoza, Jon-Michael Ecker as Raymundo "El Güero" Davila and Peter Gadiot as James Valdez, will have a new episode titled "Sólo el Amor de Una Madre," which is translated to "Only the Love of a Mother" in English. It will air on the USA Network on Thursday, Aug. 3. The episode will show Camila and Teresa dealing with another mistake in their business transactions. This will strengthen their bond even more. Zap2it reports that "Queen of the South" season 2, episode 9 will show another mistake that Camila and Teresa must come to terms with. They will be on the run because they will be hunted down by hit men. However, as they try and escape death, their bond will grow stronger. Guest stars in this episode include Michel Duval, Jamie Hector, Yancey Arias as Cortez, Joe Renteria, Paola Andino and Nikki Dixon.
According to the Internet Movie Database (IMDb), Sandra Del Cid as a club goer, Alexandra Ortiz as another club goer, Kurt Yue as a salesman, Katherine Willis as special agent in charge (SAC) Caryn Trusdale, Rey Reynaud as a cartel member at a funeral and Paul Caraway as a car enthusiast, will join them. Aside from these stars, the rest of the "Queen of the South" cast members, including Hemky Madera as Pote Galvez and Sandy Valles as Isabela Vargas, will appear alongside them. David Rodriguez directed "Sólo el Amor de Una Madre."
'Queen of the South' episodes: 'Sacar Con Sifón el Mar' and 'Que Manden los Payasos'
The episode prior to "Sólo el Amor de Una Madre" was "Sacar Con Sifón el Mar," which was aired on July 27. It was written by Tina Mabry. This episode showed Teresa and her small team travelling to Chicago to meet another drug distributor, who is also elusive. After "Sólo el Amor de Una Madre," the episode titled "Que Manden los Payasos" will be aired on Aug. 10. The episode's title is translated to "Send in the Clowns" in English.
"Queen of the South 2," airs on Showcase Australia at 8:30 pm on Thursdays. It also airs every Thursday on USA Network at 10 - 11 pm EST. Stay tuned for more updates about Teresa, Camila, Guero, James, Epifanio and Pote in the next few weeks.
