Racist Says Miss Philippines Megan Young Winning the Miss World Crown 'Shocking and Dumb'; Another Megan Young Bashed in Twitter [PHOTOS]

After winning the elusive Miss World Crown, Miss Philippines Megan Young was bashed by a certain Devina DeDiva who made racist comments about the newly crowned queen. She posted a status in her Facebook account ranting about why Miss Philippines won the crown and think it's a joke.

"Miss Philippines is Miss World? What a joke! I did not know those maids have anything else in them Ha Ha Ha," reads her FB status.

Clearly, this is another racist outrage towards another beauty queen. Just recently, many were upset for the Indian-American winner Nina Duluvuri, the first Indian descent to be crowned Miss America.

Right after the decision was announced, hateful racist comments flooded social media with people calling her Arab and Miss Al Qaeda. Now Miss Phillippines was being degraded as poor and smelly from cleaning toilets and uneducated who should not be looked upon.

Her status also raised a lot of issues on how other races view the Filipno race, including the present status of Filipinos in today's society. Her racist rampage includes on how she can't believe that a population where majority are maids could have won such a title. In her opinion, it is "shocking" and "dumb."

On the other side of the world, there is another Megan Young from Quinnipiac University in Rhode Island who came under fire from Filipinos when she made a racist respose. Since she happens to share the same name with now Miss World Megan Young, many Filipinos followed her on Twitter. She made a mistake when she made a comment that was taken to be racist by netizens.

"Dear Asians, I'm not the Megan Young that won miss world 2013 please stop following me," Megan Young (@meganyoung12)'s responded on Twitter.

After Megan Young's victory, @meganyoung12 has been retweeted almost over 200 times (according to Coconuts Manila) by many excited fans who are celebrating the countries first win in the Miss World arena.

After her respose, @meganyoung12 has been retweeted for almost 3,000 times.
