Even if Philippine shopping giant SM had removed the offensive rape joke T-shirt from its flagship store in Megamall, the apparel continues to be available online.

Yahoo Style reports that the garment could be found online at the Web site Foulmouthdhirts.com, which is a US-based retailer. The T-shirt which has the words "It's Not Rape It's a Snuggle With a Struggle" is available in 350 styles, sizes and colour combinations.

The rape joke offended a lot of Filipinos as well as netizens that SM immediately pulled out its stock and apologised.

But it seems the makers of such clothing items and their ilk continue to multiply.

Another e-commerce site, Idakoos.com, has a T-shirt with the suggestive message "I Love Motionless Girls."

Amazon.com, which in 2013 experienced a similar outrage from consumers, also removed from its portal tees with offending messages such as "Keep Calm And Rape A Lot" and "Keep Calm And Rape Them."

Another retailer also removed its T-shirts with messages such as "Autumn is perfect for date rape" and "I'm a sensitive guy, I only rape pregnant women."

Meanwhile, a Long Island school district is planning to impose disciplinary measures and file a lawsuit against students from Commack High School who tweeted photos of themselves wearing shirts with the big letters R A P E.
