Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star buy Bel Air home
Bravo’s hit series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Kyle Richards and husband Mauricio Umansky have bought a new Bel-Air property for more than $3 million.
Umansky is a luxury real estate agent with Hilton & Hyland. The couple plan to renovate the 6,500-square foot residence with the help of designer Faye Resnick, who also worked in their couple’s current home. The new home will feature seven rooms plus a pool, sports court, theater and billiards room.
"We are going to convert it into kind of a Ralph Lauren comfortable, casual and traditional home," said Umansky. “ It'll have a bit of an East Coast charm."
The couple has three daughters plus Richards’ daughter from a previous marriage. They have already sold the 4,200-square foot Bel-Air home featured in the tv series to a local businessman. While Umansky opted not to confirm the final sale price, the residence had been advertised for sale for $2.395 million.
Reality tv star, Kyle Richards, is an actress and is the sister of Kathy Hilton, the mother of celebrities Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton.
