‘The Real Housewives of Melbourne’ Star Gina Liano to Move to Beverly Hills – Report [VIDEO]
“The Real Housewives of Melbourne” star Gina Liano is reportedly planning to invade their counterparts in the U.S. The breakout star of the Arena reality show might move to California to star in “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
The show has recently premiered in the U.S. on the cable channel Bravo. It received mixed reactions, with some expressing their incredulity over the stars’ appearance.
American model Chrissy Teigen noticed how thick the Aussie housewives apply their makeup on the show, a sentiment echoed by many commenters on Twitter.

The reactions from U.S. viewers may not be the most positive, but they actually help elevate the housewives’ celebrity status in the States.
Encouraged by her growing fame in the U.S., Gina is reportedly planning to transfer to the sister show, particularly “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
The show’s star Brandi Glanville isn’t keen on welcoming the Australian barrister, though.
“Brandi is particularly vocal about it and has been saying there’s no need for another Lisa [Vanderpump] on the show,” a source told New Idea magazine. “Lisa’s really stirring the pot and loves the fact her co-stars are freaking out over Gina.
“All those women are fiercely protective of their turf, and no one wants another mouthy newcomer – especially one as good-looking as Gina – to be stomping on their ground.
While Gina is hoping to enhance her profile, one of her co-stars is said to be leaving the show.
Showbiz reporter told 2Day FM Breakfast on Monday that Andrew Moss will not be returning for a second season.
“They may film a scene with her in which she will explain why she doesn’t want to come back to it,” he said.
Lydia Schiavello, Janet Roach, Chyka Keebaugh and Jackie Gillies, Silverchair drummer Ben Gillies’ wife, also star in the show.
