Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth had reportedly purchased a new home in Los Angeles. As per reports, the couple purchased the Pacific Palisades estate for a whooping $12.5 million. The place was previously owned and built by none other than the famous architect Ken Ungar.
The house is an epitome of luxury in itself, as well as located in one of the poshest area of the city. Witherspoon will have Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner as their new next door neighbors while Matt Damon, Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks are also said to be living in the vicinity.
The house is a piece of Spanish architecture and has been for sale since earlier this year. As reported by Daily Mail, the estate is stretched to approximately 4,344 square feet. The place has five bedrooms and five bathrooms along with a game room fitted with a billiards table.

To date, no further information has been revealed with respect to the date Witherspoon and Toth will move in to their new home and out of their present Brentwood home.
