Reese Witherspoon may not be new to infanticipation, but her third pregnancy is still proving to be a challenge.

"It's not easy... I'm always feeling like I'd like to eat everything in sight," Witherspoon tells People magazine.

Staying away from pizza is the hardest part, according to the "Walk the Line" actress.

Witherspoon, 36, was at the Gene Siskel Film Center's event in Chicago over the weekend. She was about to receive her Renaissance Award when reporters got the chance to chat her up.

The event, dubbed "An Evening With Reese Witherspoon," benefits the Gene Siskel Film Center of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

Alexander Payne, who directed Witherspoon in "Election," was also present in the event for a post-dinner Q&A with the actress. He was also tasked to present Witherspoon with her 'Renaissance' award.

Both Payne and Witherspoon are acclaimed Oscar-winning celebrities.

Witherspoon looked pretty in a blue shift dress. Despite receiving compliments, the actress hinted she was not convinced with the positive remarks.

"Thanks, but frankly I'm feeling very round tonight," she told a reporter.

Witherspoon also briefly spoke about her latest movie, a crime-drama called, "Devil's Knot." She co-stars with Colin Firth in this Atlanta-set film.

"It happens in Arkansas, and it's what I'd say is a very American story. And, after I finish that, I'm going to take a little time off - and go have a baby," the actress said.

Witherspoon has not spoken much about her third pregnancy since she announced being pregnant in March. She has two children with ex-husband Ryan Philippe: Ava, 12; and Deacon, 8. Her third soon-to-be-born child is with husband Jim Toth.

Witherspoon refuses to announce the sex of her baby, according to the Chicago Sun-Times, but she said she was very excited about giving birth again.
