After news broke out of the actress pregnancy with year-long husband, Jim Toth, it is said that Reese is more than happy to have a third child on the way.

It was earlier today that confirmations started to surge in the web regarding the rumored (and now factual) pregnancy of actress, Reese Witherspoon. Instead of shunning the media out of this precious news, the Witherspoon and husband, Jim Toth, truthfully admitted that they are indeed expecting a child together.

"They are both thrilled" says a close friend to PEOPLE magazine. Before this pregnancy, Witherspoon gave birth to two lovely children she had with ex-husband, Ryan Philippe- Deacon, age 12, and Ava, age 8.

"Jim and Reese are looking forward to having a bigger family at this point in life. They can take the time to enjoy the next stage and make sure the transition for all is easy and joyful." added the close friend in the same PEOPLE report.

Pregnancy rumors started to develop when the actress was started seeing in loose tops, bump-concealing frocks and billowing dresses for a couple of weeks back.

According to an interview back for Closer Magazine (Britain) in July, the actress never felt shy about welcoming a new addition to her family.

"I would love to have more kids. My children are the best part of my day" claims Witherspoon in the past interview.

Being the effective and loving celebrity mother that she is, it is no wonder that Reese finds it exciting to be pregnant again.
