It was found out that Reeva Steenkamp met up with her ex boyfriend whom she dated for 5 years, two days before the shooting incident that occurred in Oscar Pistorius' home.

The 29-year-old model dated Warren Lahoud for five years and never lost contact. In recent findings, it was revealed that Oscar Pistorius kept phoning Reeva while she was out meeting Warren. The situation could have aggravated the situation leading to the killing of Reeva on the early morning of February 14.

Warren Lahoud spoke about their meeting and said that Oscar kept phoning Reeva every 20 minutes. But when asked if there was something wrong, Reeva brushed off the topic and said that everything was fine.

"She didn't seem unhappy. She always said that she wouldn't be with anybody who she felt unhappy with,|" Lahoud said. "Reeva had a beautiful loving heart, she gave everything, and was friendly to everyone. She really made you feel good and welcome."

Meanwhile, Pistorius recently filed for change of bail conditions that would allow him to travel abroad, the application was denied by the court. After reports surfaced that the Paralympics athlete became suicidal after the murder incident, his family denied speculations.

His uncle Mike revealed however that Pistorius is a "broken man." He added that the athlete has lost confidence in himself and is "walking around in circles."

"There is no confidence in his tone of voice. He's just like someone walking around in circles. He doesn't know where he is going. I would say that, just by speaking to him, he is a broken man," Mike said. "I get the feeling that he's really hurting and he's an inkling of the man that he used to be."

Another family member issued a statement clearing issues about Oscar Pistorius' suicidal tendencies. Arnold Pistorius answered queries on February 22 about Oscar's condition.

"From the moment we were first informed about the dreadful event of the early morning of 14 February 2013, we have worked hard to come to terms with the sad news of Reeva Steenkamp's death and Oscar's role in it," he said. "Oscar, broken as he currently is, believes he has a purpose in life and is working towards that."
