Basketball superstars Stephen Curry, Ray Allen, and Reggie Miller, known for being the top-three best shooters in the history of the National Basketball Association (NBA), have accumulated massive paychecks from playing the sport.
Currently, Curry, who is playing for Golden State Warriors, is considered the best shooter of all time when he recorded a total of 2,977 three-pointers after Tuesday's game, breaking Allen’s record.
Allen is now second in the leaderboard, with a record of 2,973 career three-pointers made. Trailing behind him is former Indiana Pacers star Miller, who nailed 2,560 three-pointers over his 18-year career.
Curry did not just top the list of the greatest shooters of all time, but he also topped the list of the highest-paid NBA players of 2021, earning $45.78 million for the 2021-22 season alone, according to ESPN.
International Business Times reported that Curry, who has a net worth of $160 million, earned $254 million so far in his career.
Throughout his 15-year career, which spanned four teams including the Milwaukee Bucks, the Seattle Supersonics, the Boston Celtics as well as the Miami Heat, Allen reportedly earned nearly $180 million in salary.
The basketball superstar, who retired in 2016, has a net worth of $100 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.
In addition to being an NBA player, Allen is also an actor. He starred in two feature films, including a lead role in the 1998 Spike Lee film "He Got Game" alongside Denzel Washington.
In 2014, Allen paid $11 million for an 11,500 square-foot house in Coral Gables, Florida. Today the house is worth between $14 and $20 million.
Among the three best shooters, Miller is third on the list with his $80 million net worth.
Miller received over $105 million in salary when he was active in the sport. He played 1,389 games in total.
He owns a $1.1 million home in Los Angeles, a $7.5 million estate in Fishers, Indiana and a $5.3 million mansion in Malibu, California.
Miller retired in 2005 and is now working as an NBA commentator for TNT.
