It is all happening in episode 13 of "Reign." The episode is titled "The Consummation." In the episode, Francis returns to his castle, with Lola by his side. Also, Mary's mother is set to make an appearance in the episode. The episode will reveal whether Mary marries Francis, or Bash.

In the previous episode of "Reign," "Royal Blood," Bash got down on his knee and proposed to Mary. The Queen of Scotland said "yes" to his marriage proposal. Also, Francis saved Lola and paid-off her brother's debt. This meeting led to the two connecting and getting closer. Francis came to know about her mother's execution and decided to return to his castle.

It looks like Lola is unlikely to stick around Francis for long. According to Laurie McCarthy, show-runner of "Reign," as quoted by Kristin of E! Online, "Lola gets involved with Francis, but she will also move on to others. She's the first of our girls to be really driven to find a husband." According to Kristin, someone else will also come to know about "Lola and Francis' connection."

In the preview of the upcoming episode, King Henry can be seen telling Mary, "England is yours. You'll wed one of my sons, tonight." To Mary's mother, Queen Catherine can be seen saying that she is defeated and if she wants to fix it, "do it yourself." It seems Mary's mother is not happy about Mary and Bash union.

Nostradamus' prophecy said that Francis will die if he weds Mary. When Mary came to know about this prophecy, she decided to not marry Francis. It was a decision made to save Francis' life. Mary announced her intent to marry Bash because of King Henry's desire to have England. Mary and Bash have grown closer, with each episode. Francis' absence did not make Mary long for him. Will Francis' return to the castle change her growing feelings for Bash? The preview of "The Consummation" suggests that Francis will confront Bash about playing on Mary's fear. In return, he gets a punch on his face from Bash.

Who will Mary marry? It might be Francis, as E! Online spoiler suggests of Lola moving on to others. If Francis is available, it is implausible that Lola will move on to someone else.
