‘Reign’ star Adelaide Kane apologises for not being a vegan

Known for her role as Queen Mary Stuart in “Reign,” Adelaide Kane has almost half a million followers on Instagram. Recently, the Australian actress took to the online mobile photo-sharing, video-sharing and social networking service to share a photo of her food and apologised because it is not vegan.
“Get ooooooutta here! #steaksteaksteak #sorryguysnotavegan #itrytoreducemyfootprintwhenicanthough,” Kane captioned a photo of steak on a plate, which she posted on Nov. 19, Thursday. This is one day before the airing of “Reign” Season 3 episode 6 titled “Fight or Flight.”
Kane is one of the Australian celebrities who is active on Instagram. On Nov. 15, she posted a photo of Toby Regbo two days after the events in “Reign” Season 3 episode 5 titled “In a Clearing.”
In the caption of Regbo’s photo, Kane wrote that it was such a pleasure working with the actor who played King Francis. She also wrote that his character “will be sorely missed.”
Born and raised in Perth, Western Australia, Kane moved to Melbourne, Victoria when she joined the cast of Australian soap opera “Neighbours” in 2007. In 2009, she joined the main cast of “Power Rangers RPM” and in 2011; the main cast of “Pretty Tough.”
Before playing Queen Mary Stuart in “Reign,” Kane played Cora Hale in “Teen Wolf.” Her last episode of the TV series that stars Dylan O’Brien and Tyler Posey aired on Aug. 19, 2013.

“Reign” improved its ratings during the episode that featured the death of King Francis and the series is likely to be renewed for its fourth season, according to TV by the Numbers. The CW announced the renewal of the series for its third series on Jan. 11 and the network is expected to renew it for its fourth season in January 2016.
With Kane as Queen Mary Stuart, the main cast of “Reign” Season 3 also includes Torrance Coombs as Bash, Megan Follows as Catherine de Medici, Celina Sinden as Greer, Anna Popplewell as Lola and Caitlin Stasey as Kenna. Coombs is currently engaged to Alyssa Campanella, who was his companion when he attended the 2015 Knot Gala in October, Just Jared Jr. reported.
