Yet, their heartbreak is nothing compared to what Lea Michele, Cory's girlfriend, is feeling. The wedding of the century could have taken place if not for the sudden loss of the actor. Monteith's first girlfriend was Julie Vardalos. The two dated for almost two years before calling it quits in 2010. This was the time fans were falling in love with Finn Hudson of "Glee."

Cory's alleged second girlfriend was Canadian actress, Ali Liebert. Liebert is best known for her role in "Bomb Girls." Sources claim that Liebert was Monteith's closest friend and that nothing romantic brewed between them.

Right after Liebert, Cory Monteith dated model Emi Perry. Cory was spotted with the model during their quick breakfast at the Griddle Café in West Hollywood. The pair was seen holding hands before rushing to their car when paparazzi noticed the "Glee" star.

Before Emi Perry, rumours surfaced that Cory Monteith had dated country crooner, Taylor Swift. Of course, reps for Swift stated that the two were nothing more than "good friends."

Next up is Mallory Matoush, Cory's girlfriend before Lea Michele. The two had been friends for quite a while and have remained friends even after their split. Surprisingly, Matoush knew nothing of Cory's drug use. To Mallory, Cory was an all-around "happy guy."

As for the last woman in Cory's life, Lea Michele proved to be the one and only love of Monteith. After being on the "Glee" show for almost four years as the iconic "Finchel" couple, the pair only dated in 2012.

"Well, I think you just kind of always knew that there was something more. I don't think that that ever really changed, I just think that you just kind of acknowledge it or you don't, you know? And it changes when you acknowledge it," said Cory about his relationship with Lea Michele.
