How would President Barack Obama feel about it when he finds out that her favorite actress, Scarlett Johannson is now being linked to a man his age?

Scarlett Johansson has been rumored to be romantically involved with Academy Award winner, Sean Penn. There’s actually no problem for the two talented celebrities to go out on dates, is there? They both have been single and out there in the love market fairly recently.

Well, not too recent for Sean Penn, who was finally divorced with ex-wife Robin Wright in July 2010. But before they called it quits, Robin and Sean have been on and off in hopes to save their marriage. They announced separation not just once. They called it quits, but reconciled again until they thought it was really over after tying two times and their divorce was finally over last year when Robin Wright filed for divorce, saying there will no more reconciliation after.

Not for Scarlett, though, who has just announced filing divorce from husband, Ryan Reynolds. Reynolds had shortly dated his "The Proposal" co-star, A-lister, Sandra Bullock. Reynolds and Bullock were reportedly painting the red town during the holidays until they said, they are item no more.

Scarlett has not been with anyone since her announced split with Reynolds and she is totally single, just like Sean Penn. So the two are both single and they go out on dates as couple, as they have been recently rumored to be. But not until her rep said otherwise.

Afraid her fans might not like she ditched Reynolds, 34 for someone twice her age, Scarlett’s rep clarified that the star is not romantically involved with the Milk star.

"Scarlett and Sean are not dating – they have been friends for years. Nothing more, nothing less," her rep was quoted as saying by People.com.

The two are apparently just preparing for some future projects that they are often in 'professional meetings' these days.

"They have been talking over the last few months regarding Haiti Relief and Scarlett's upcoming trip to Haiti as Oxfam's Global Ambassador," Scarlett’s rep added, said People.com

There you have it, folks. It’s just professional meetings between two close friends.
