CHEF
Pearls On The Beach a la carte restaurant was purchased by owner/operators Melissa and Scott Fox in 2002. After serving the restaurant as Head Chef from September 2000, Scott made the decision to move from employee to owner, seizing the opportunity to make his mark on Australian cuisine. Scott regularly travels to all corners of the globe, finding inspiration in local flavours and discovering culinary delights that can be developed for the Pearls on the Beach menu.
