'Revenge' Season 4 Update: Daniel Grayson One Last Time, David Clarke vs Victoria Grayson War Heats Up (Spoilers)
"Revenge" Season 4, Episode 11, titled "Epitaph" airs Sunday, Jan. 4, on ABC. This week's new episode comes after a month-long hiatus. Daniel Grayson (Josh Bowman) is showing up, giving fans a chance to bid him farewell. Meanwhile, the war between David Clarke (James Tupper) and Victoria Grayson (Madeleine Stowe) is heating up.

Josh Bowman had filmed scenes for Revenge Season 4, Episode 11 before exiting the ABC drama for good. Viewers expect to see more heavy drama in "Epitaph," which features Daniel Grayson's funeral. Confrontations and revelations highlight the promo clip released by ABC for this week's new episode.
In the same promo video, David tells Emily (Emily VanCamp) he will kill Victoria. Emily's reaction in the video suggests shock and confusion, while David seems determined. In Revenge Season 4, Episode 10 ("Atonement"), David fails to kill Victoria after the latter skips the toxic wine in favour of a partial confession.
There has been a lot of fan discussion regarding the death of Daniel Grayson in Revenge 4x10. Bowman himself answered many of these questions, saying he hopes his character's death will help the writers move the story forward.

Here are some of the highlights of Revenge Season 4, so far:
Daniel Grayson dies in Emily's arms after Catherine Black aka Kate Taylor (Courtney Ford) fires multiple shots at him.
Jack Porter (Nick Wechsler) kills Kate moments after she succeeds in killing his former rival in Revenge Season 4, Episode 10. (This puts him in the crosshairs of Malcolm Black, the season's big villain.)
David launches himself on a quest to kill Victoria in the same episode where her son dies in the name of atonement.
Margaux (Karine Vanasse) is pregnant with Daniel's child. (Revealed in Revenge Season 4, Episode 9).
Nolan Ross (Gabriel Mann) has become a close friend and ally of Victoria's asylum roomie, Elena Satine's Louise Ellis.
Ben (Brian Hallisay) and Emily have become friends, with the former admitting to having romantic feelings toward the latter. Emily's vulnerability in Revenge Season 4 is expected to lead him closer to Ben.
Charlotte Clarke (Christa B. Allen) has gone on rehab. (Charlotte is not going to be seen in Daniel's funeral.)
