The bells have started to ring, it is November already. A knock on the front door, it is Kelly Clarkson with her new album "Wrapped in Red."The name of the album itself is balmy and has that holiday effect. "Wrapped in Red" is a classic that will be on the shelf for times to come.

It is a beautiful compilation of Christmas songs and Kelly has turned them upside down and made them all the more awesome. "Wrapped in Red" also have originals by the gorgeous singer - "Wrapped in Red," "4 Carats," and "Underneath the Tree."

The "American Idol" winner also invited friends on the album for collaborations. The album features the musical talents of Reba McEntire, Trisha Yearwood and Ronnie Dunn.

The jolly good album starters "Wrapped in Red" and "Underneath the Tree" sets the mood for the listener and he or she will start to celebrate with Kelly. Her powerful voice pulls off some really tricky old Christmas tunes in "Wrapped in Red."

"Blue Christmas" with jazz-like setup will compel you to sway and sip that Eggnog; it is one of the best arrangements in the album. Her highs in this song are enchanting.

"4 Carats" is a sweet number which is light and happy. "Run, Run Rudolph" is the peppy one, which will make you shake a leg.

The album also features a piano ballad in the form of "Just For Now." It is painted with contemporary colours and mixes quite nicely with the old ones. It is the only non-Christmas track in "Wrapped in Red."

The album concludes with the "Silent Night" and Trisha Yearwood and Reba McEntire (Kelly's friends) compliment Kelly in this beautiful rendition.

"Wrapped in Red" is a must-have seasonal music album and it also makes for the perfect Christmas present. Go ahead, sit by the fireplace and listen to Kelly's soulful creations.
