Well, if you thought RiRi and Katy had a problem when Rihanna and Chris got back together, here is the proof that the pop divas are still close pals. On August 12, the 'Stay' singer attended Perry's pre-album release party in New York City and even took a seat on 'Katy's lap to ease things up.

Katy Perry Never Wanted Rihanna-Chris Brown to Come Together?

Perry and Rihanna became frenemies when the latter got back with ex-Chris Brown. In the wake of their on and off relationship Perry told Elle UKmagazine that she has done everything to save Rihanna, but now no more.

Meanwhile Rihanna has no grudge against Katy . Hollywoodlife.com stated a source close to Perry, "Trivial incidents has no consequence for Kate Perry and Rihanna's relationship. Things never got ugly between them. Katy did abased Rihanna, but the latter didn't care about it, so it's like nothing ever happened."

There couldn't be better news that two of our favorite pop sugars are back on good terms. They are making sure that nothing related to Chris crops up between their conversations.

Hollywoodlife has further stated the source that Rihanna didn't talk much about Chris. Rather she told Katy, "I hope he is good and is doing well for himself. I have no hard feelings for him whatsoever."

Why Katy Perry Advised Rihanna?

In an interview the Elle UK august issue, Katy said (about Rihanna ), "I love her and every time I see her, I'm reminded of the light that she has. There's a lot of dark in this business. I know a lot of people out there with the most detrimental entourages - they are the root of their demise. It's really unfortunate but you can't save these people. My days of celebrity saving are over."

However we don't think anything has affected the controversial queen Rihanna. Be it Chris Brown, Karrueche Tran or Kate Perry's slew of outrageous comments, the "Umbrella" girl just doesn't seem to care!
