Riri surely is not amateur when it comes to getting inked.

The "Diamonds" singer recently got another tattoo to add to her growing list of ink on her body. This tattoo however is different from all the other tattoos she has ever gotten, why?

The Barbadian beauty had decided to the Maori Tattoo, a traditional tattoo that is done by using a chisel and a mallet. You can see in the photo that it is not really a fun experience as the singer tries not to stop the tattoo artist from making the designs on her.

You can watch the video of the star getting her tattoo and it definitely looks quite painful. The singer seems to try to hide her face from the video but is all smiles.

The Maori tattoos are traditional Ta Moko tattoos that are inked into the skin by the use of a chisel, a mallet and ink pigment. Getting a tattoo today is done by using a needle machine and is quick even though it may hurt a bit. The traditional Maori tattoo takes quite a while and is ten times that of a normal tattoo because of how it is done.

The singer seemed to be enjoying it nonetheless and was all smiles even though it looked like she was holding on to a stress ball to keep her from stopping her tattoo artist.

The singer was on her "Diamonds" world tour and had completed her Auckland concerts before getting the tattoo.

You can watch the making of her tattoo but it is not a pretty sight.

Rihanna had just released a new video, "Pour it Up" and she is about to finish her Diamonds Tour. Wonder if she would be getting anymore tattoos after her Maori tattoo that looks fantastic!
