She's done it again. Rihanna walks around in public with a lace bandeau top that is sheer enough to flash her nips.

The public is well aware of the R&B singer's reputation when it comes to clothing. Rihanna is least shy to show her skin; much more to that, she seems without a care about what the public will think.

The 24-year-old singer is almost if not always pictured in raunchy clothing, going in and out of bars, drinking and partying. And some of her close friends and her family have shown a growing concern for the singer.

Yesterday, she stepped out in New York City with her most revealing public look yet. Rihanna wore a pink lace bandeau, matched it with pink chiffon skirt and Chuck Taylor sneakers under the broad daylight. It would have been okay if only the bandeau wasn't too sheer enough to reveal her nips.

Rihanna seemed oblivious as she strolled around despite being photographed by paparazzi and onlookers. It's probably the reason why her manager, Jay Z, have reportedly talked to Rihanna and advised her to seek help before it's too late.

With her bringing in more negative than positive nowadays, Jay Z apparently threatened to drop Rihanna from his label if she doesn't get her life back in order. Bad news starts to pile up after she was forced to cancel a work trip to UK last week after missing her flight.

"Rihanna has been out of control for months. She was supposed to catch a flight back to the UK last week, but she ended up missing it, which was the final straw for management," a source told.

"Jay-Z hit the roof when he found out, and told Rihanna, 'Go to rehab now or I'll drop you from the label'. She's not happy, but she now feels she has no choice."

Other reports however claim that Rihanna suffers from a personality disorder due to exhaustion and stress. A close friend told Look magazine that the singer has "Narcissitic Personality Disorder," in which she always need constant attention and admiration. This could greatly explain her regular picture updates on Twitter and her inappropriate choices of clothing.
