Khloe Kardashian has been very focused on her fitness regimen as of late, and it seems like she's not the only one. Apparently, her younger brother Rob is finally getting in with the program and is on track to get back in shape.

Khloe's Swedish-American trainer Gunnar Peterson has recently been a constant presence in Khloe's Instagram site as she documents many of her workout sessions. Peterson spoke to E Online to talk about the reality star's workout session as well as those of her brother Rob who remains secretive about his fitness journey.

"He's one of those guys who is always going to keep at it. He'll get to where he needs to be and everybody has their path," said Petersen when asked about Rob. He said Rob is working hard and is already showing some progress.

Fitness has been a long standing issue for Rob who reportedly gained about a hundred pounds in only a year. His weight gain and depression have been linked together and has been a recurring theme in the family's reality TV shows. He has made minimal appearances in the most recent season of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" and was also a no-show during his sister Kim's wedding in Florence last May. He had flown over to Paris to join the family but went home just before everyone flew over to Italy for the actual ceremony.

Khloe has openly talked about feeling guilty for Rob's issues after he was exposed to the toxic nature of her doomed marriage to Lamar Odom. Rob had lived with the couple for most of their time together, and Khloe felt like the negativity and the loss of Lamar had impacted Rob.

Now that the siblings are sharing a trainer, it seems like things are finally back on track, and Rob is on his way to gain his confidence back. Khloe's progress can be seen through her constant Instagram posts. She even put in some workout sessions while she's in Dubai over the last weekend for an appearance. She shared to her Instagram followers that she opted to put in a 4 a.m. workout session because she couldn't sleep.

Peterson also shared that while Khloe is dedicated, she's not unreasonable and crazy. She just keeps her head down and gets the work done when it's needed. While Khloe has been very open about her fitness journey, Rob has been very private about it. With season 10 of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" now in the works, it remains to be seen if signs of his progress will be revealed in the upcoming season.
