Rob Kardashian’s recent Instagram selfie sparked curious interests from the media as it featured the reality star looking like he’s lost a lot of weight. However, it’s uncertain if the image is recent since Rob reportedly has the tendency to post his old photos online.

On his Instagram selfie, Rob’s face is up close to the camera as he lies down on a sofa. He simply captioned the black and white photo, “Gnight.” His post has since received over 185 thousand likes and over 11 thousand comments since he shared the snap on Monday. Fans especially noticed his slimmer face and commented on how good he looks now that he has lost weight.

One fan wrote, “Looking good rob!! u could help so many ppl out with what u have done,” while another said, “Hope everything you were going through is getting worked out. Love you Rob, keep your head up!”

The outpouring of compliments and messages of motivation filled Rob’s post. However, Too Fab questions the validity of the photo as it may already be an old one. The 28-year old reportedly has a habit of posting throwback photos on his social media pages, like Instagram. Regardless, the photo has received positive feedback from fans who cheered on his weight loss.

Rob has been keeping himself out of the spotlight as of late after he gained over 40 pounds following his break up from singer Rita Ora in 2013. The reality TV star also poked fun at himself over his weight gain with a throwback photo he shared on Instagram on Aug. 28.

“Started right here with these milkshakes,” Rob captioned a photo of him drinking a tall glass of the sweet drink.

It’s no surprise that the former “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star has been working hard to lose weight. His sister, Kim, has been updating fans on Rob’s progress on her Twitter account. Despite being on her second pregnancy, Kim continues to support his brother win his goal.

Khloe also revealed her support for Rob in a previous interview with Complex magazine. He told the publication that her brother is “going through a hard time now,” and expressed how happy she is that Rob is living with her.

“I have a big ass house and I wanted it so he could feel like, comfortable. With this crazy lifestyle you have to think of places where you can still have your freedom,” she told Complex magazine.
