Probably not as they have never been in radius of each other since Robert Pattinson had moved out of KStew's Los Angeles mansion.

As reported by hollywoodlife.com, the two were supposed to spend New Year's Eve together in London, but this may have been another fabricated report since Kristen Stewart didn't jet herself all the way to London.

A source reported to hollywoodlife.com that Robert Pattinson had come with a group of friends, which included Dakota Fanning and had waited for a table instead of taking advantage of his celebrity status. They had to wait for almost an hour and a half before there was a table available for them.
