What Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart had was a picture of love, an immortal one for their Twihard fans and one to be admired for by those who had weathered the same storm they had the first time it hit them but was realistic enough to let go when they could no longer hold on to it and they decided to lead separate lives in the end.

As the Robsten Romance is kept alive in headlines, fans and critics and news outlets continue to follow the former lovers. For some, to find out who is handling the break-up better. For some of their millions of fans, to find out if there’s that slim possibility of the two getting back together.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are known to many, millions of fans around the globe, not only for their iconic roles as Edward Cullen and Bella Swan. They were a picture of true love. Robert and Kristen have inspired more reconciliation and break-ups and standing up to what their hearts were telling them since day one.

Robert never faltered despite the horrible and terrible pain brought by Kristen’s cheating scandal. He forgave Kristen after the devastating summer fling. He loved Kristen. And he still does, according to a friend. But things could not just go back to how they were.

''Rob has been a mess. He's the one that ultimately pulled the plug, but that doesn't mean it's any easier on him,” a source close to Rob was quoted as telling OK! by Contact Music, as noted in a separate report by IBTimes-AU.

Kristen for her part has reportedly wanted to get back to Rob. She has been wooing her best friend as she misses him, claimed a source close to Kristen in an interview with Entertainmentwise.com

'Kristen has been just laying low, hanging out with her closest friends and trying to stay out of the spotlight as much as possible,” the source said, according to Entertainmentwise.com.

The source added, 'She misses her best friend. It’s like a part of her has died and she is still going through the grieving process.'

But there is no turning back. The moment Rob stormed out of KStew’s home in the morning of his birthday and the moment he collected some of his stuff from Kristen and hauled them at the back of his red pick-up truck, it was over.

It was painful for both of them as apparent in multiple reports. But they wake up everyday leading separate lives.

How Kristen Live Her Life?
Kristen finds protection from her friends. Since day one when Robert decided it was over, Kristen had her friends to turn to when the pang of loneliness and emptiness without Rob hit her.

The actress is seen having coffee with them, going to salons with friends; grabbing lunch and dinner and having some drinks with friends. Photos of Kristen show the star looking happy, walking with her light feet when with friends since the split.

She was seen at En Sushi on June 6 and described as anything but “heartbroken” while out with friends.

“Kristen was happy the whole time, hanging out with her girlfriends,” an eyewitness was quoted as saying by In Touch Weekley. “It’s a pretty small place, it’s cozy, and Kristen and her friends were there for hours, sitting in a booth, talking, laughing and drinking cocktails and eating sushi.”

Is this for real? Some claim Kristen fronts a happy face. But this is not true when she’s alone in the same room she had shared with Rob.

What About Rob? How Does he Handle the Robsten split?
Unlike Kristen, Rob has kept to himself for days after the split. If Kristen has been out and about with friends almost every day since Rob left, her British beau was rarely seen.

Even if he does go out, he does alone on business. He was once spotted pulling over at a medical clinic in L.A. - - alone. The next time he was seen out - - but there was really no picture to document it - - was the day Katy invited him at her home in Sta.Barbara after the split. Katy was reported to have offered Rob to stay at her California place to help him get away from L.A. for a while. Rob and Katy was later seen crashing a wedding rehearsal in Sta. Barbara that even sparked rumors that they could be scouting for a place of their own wedding.

Another time Rob was seen out was his recent friendly date with Katy, again at Bjork concert at Hollywood Palladium. The friends, often reported with romance brewing in between them, went discreet as they enjoyed some music early this week. They were spotted side by side inside the concert hall but decided to leave the venue separately to avoid the army of photographers waiting for them outside.

“Dear Bjork, how do I join your traveling girl cult? #brilliantshow,” Katy took to Twitter after the concert.

It is certain that Katy is one person Rob would go to since his split from Kristen.

“It’s been tough on Rob, and Katy wants to be there for him,” a friend was quoted as saying by HollywoodLife.com.“She feels like she can give him a shoulder to lean on and understands first hand the pain that one feels when a relationship ends.”
