"Twilight" co-stars and former couple Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart may have separated but one thing that brings them together is their love for their dogs. According to the recent reports, the on and off couple enjoyed a virtual, romantic date along with their dogs.

Reportedly, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart had a reunion of sorts over Skype chat. It is said Kristen also decided to include their beloved pets Bernie and Bear to the chat with her ex-boyfriend. She also included her third dog Bailey to the Skype chat session.

The 27 year-old actor had a two-hour chat with Kristen Stewart before he left for Morocco. Kristen who was thoughtful enough, let him reunite with their dogs via Skype as he has been travelling for quite some time. A source revealed it to HollywoodLife.com, that "Twilight" hunk was missing his dogs dearly when Kristen Stewart decided to give him a delightful surprise by letting him see them.

"Rob was talking to the dogs and telling them how much he loves them and was pretending to pet them through the computer screen," revealed a source to HollywoodLife.com.

According to HollywoodLife.com report, the two Hollywood stars contact each other regularly, even if they don't see each other often. Since Robert Pattinson will be away, he thought of spending time with Kristen Stewart before he left for Morocco, revealed the source.

The two superstars who started dating each other in 2008 while filming "Twilight Saga" did not only buy themselves a beautiful house to live together, but also got themselves two rescue dogs Bernie and Bear. Even after their break up in 2012, the custody of their dogs continues to remain mutual. It is believed that Kristen Stewart will be taking care of all the three dogs, when British actor will be filming "Queens of the Desert," in Morocco.

Amidst their reunion rumors, it was reported that Robert Pattinson sold his former love nest that he shared with his former beau and "Twilight" co-star Kristen Stewart. The news that claimed that he sold their Los Feliz mansion for astounding $6.376 million, shunned all the speculations of their reunion.
