Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart to take a year off acting after Twilight Saga's finale
Twilight stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart apparently shares one view when it comes to how their acting careers will go after the Twilight films wrap up. According to reports, Pattinson and Stewart want to be able to star in movies like those featuring Hollywood's top actor Johnny Depp.
However, reports say that Pattinson and co-star Kristen wants to take a year off acting once shooting for Breaking Dawn Parts 1 & 2 ends.
Digital Spy quotes a source as saying: "After Twilight they are aiming for a Johnny Depp level of fame: to work when they want but to get peace and quiet when they don't."
"Right now, neither has accepted a role after Twilight so they may even take a whole year off."
"'They think it'll do them good to disappear for a while as they're both in danger of being overexposed."
Kristen reportedly wants to go on a Himalayan trek in order to have a perspective of Hollywood's madness. The Twilight star is convinced that she and Robert Pattinson should do the same.
Breaking Dawn is yet to start filming next month, and already the talks of a year-long vacation are abuzz. But the question that has been hanging in everyone's mind is: What's next for Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart now that Twilight Saga is wrapping up?
Kristen had been featured in two movies, Welcome to the Rileys, in which she got good reviews for her performance as a prostitute and On the Road, opposite fellow Twilight actor Dakota Fanning. Stewart is no stranger to serious acting. She played the mistress of Ryan Reynolds in Adventureland and Jodie Foster's ill daughter in Panic Room.
Robert had recently wrapped up filming Water for Elephants, where he co-stars with Reese Witherspoon, and will next be seen opposite Emma Watson in Dark Arc. Pattinson also had a non-Twilight romance Remember Me.
