Robert Pattinson Lists Luxury LA Property He Shared with Kristen Stewart for Sale [VIDEOS]

Sad news for "Twilight" fans who may have been hoping for a happy ending to the Robsten Romance. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will not be reuniting anytime soon as the "Twilight" hunk has allegedly put the home they shared up for sale. On Sept. 14, the "Twilight" star allegedly listed the $6.75 million Spanish style home for sale.

In 2011, Robert Pattinson purchased the Spanish ranch style luxury LA property for $6.25 million. Now, he is ready to sell it off for $6.7 million.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart stayed together in the Los Feliz neighbourhood of Los Angeles. Following Stewart's disloyalty with "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders, the couple split in May and since then lived separately. Apparently, the actor is ready to move on following his split with Stewart.

Pattinson, who already vacated the property, is reportedly now living in a $3.7 million Beverly Hills mansion. The property was once inhabited by Britney Spears and comprises of 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, an oak sports bar and a swimming pool. Stewart is said to be "crushed" with Pattinson's decision to move to Beverly Hills.

"Kristen is crushed that Rob felt it was necessary to move to Beverly Hills. She feels like this was his way of saying, 'I can't be bothered with you anymore.' Los Feliz was their home for years. It has a completely different vibe than Beverly Hills," a source said.

"Rob told Kristen he was moving, but Kristen didn't really think he would go through with it," the source explained. "Of course, she's sad. She's heartbroken. If she could get back together with Rob, she would do it in a heartbeat."

"It was Rob's decision that the two of them not communicate for a while. Rob felt like it was just too difficult for the two of them to move on if they kept in contact," said an alleged friend of Kristen.

"They both want to be able to talk one day, but it's still too soon and there are too many raw emotions from both sides involved," the source explained.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart began dating in 2008. Stewart allegedly left confounded after he unexpectedly ended their relationship. However, sources insist that there are currently no hard feelings between the "Twilight" stars.

"Rob was in no way nasty about it," the friend said. "He actually thought he was helping Kristen by setting this boundary of no communication - that it would actually speed up the recovery process," an alleged friend of Stewart's told HollywoodLife.com.

"Twilight" fans have been speculating as to whether Pattinson had Stewart in mind when he made comments about his attitude to forgiveness in a recent interview. The star said that when people hurt him he will just "cut them out."

"I don't ever feel the need to forgive or expect people to be. I judge people on their actions. I don't really care if it's wrong or right, I give them the benefit of the doubt."

"If they do something I can't be bothered to deal with, I just cut them out," Pattinson told Australia's Sunday Style magazine.
