After returning from Cannes Film Festival, "Twilight" actor Robert Pattinson reunited with some of his friends. No, it wasn't Kristen Stewart. On Sunday night, British actor and Kristen Stewart's ex-flame met up with some pals including Emily Blunt. The place happens to be one of the hottest celebrity hangout zones in London.

Over the weekend, Robert Pattinson took time out to spend with his pals and he met up with "Edge of Tomorrow" actress Emily Blunt and some other friends at a newly opened place called Chiltern Firehouse, according to Daily Mail. Within few days after its inauguration, the place has become quite popular with celebs.

According to the photos published on the Web site, Robert Pattinson was dressed casually in black jacket over plain white tee and black trousers. He completed his chilled-out look with a pair of sneakers and a baseball cap. As for Emily, she wore a peach top underneath a cape jacket with black trouser. Emily stunned in sleek and neat hairdo and soft makeup. Also, spotted at the same restaurant were Barcelona footballer star Cesc Fabregas and his girlfriend Daniella Semaan.

Splash News reported (via Entertainamentwise) that the 27-year-old actor was spotted partying with a group of friends which included two girls. The Web site notes that the actor has been "spending more time in the UK," after his split with "Twilight" co-star and former long-time girlfriend Kristen Stewart.

Robert Pattinson just returned from his visit to the world's biggest film festival held every year in France. He attended the 67th Cannes Film Festival to promote two of his upcoming movies. Competing in the main competition for the most coveted trophy Palme d'Or was actor's "Maps to the Stars" that was screened on May 19. The film also stars Julianne Moore, Australian actress Mia Wasikowska and John Cusack. Also, screening (on May 18) at the event was Robert Pattinson's "The Rover" featuring Guy Pearce, Anthony Hayes, Scoot McNairy and more.

Twi-hards and Robsten fans were eagerly hoping for the reunion of former couple and "Twilight" actors Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. To fans' disappointment the reunion did not take place. According to Entertainmentwise, the actor made a "sharp exit from Cannes just a few days before the arrival" of Kristen Stewart.

In a report published by Hollywood Life on May 22, it was noted that Kristen Stewart "avoided coming to Cannes until Rob had left." Rumour has it that the two of them were avoiding awkward run-in with each other while they were present at the films festival. Also, Kristen Stewart's movie "Clouds of Sils Maria" wasn't screened until the end of the event.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart started dating each other while filming their blockbuster franchise movie "Twilight." They dated each other for more than three years before they ended their relationship a year ago. The break up happened after Kristen Stewart's cheating scandal became public.
