British actor Robert Pattinson revealed that he believe in "love that lasts a lifetime" and that he is in one with his girlfriend Kristen Stewart.

Hollywood Life reported the "Twilight Saga" actor Robert Pattinson's view regarding true love. The report stemmed from an interview with Seventeen Espanol where Pattinson discussed his parents and how they were young sweethearts.

The comments revealed a great deal about Pattinson and may help others understand why he was committed to restoring his relationship with Kristen Stewart following her cheating scandal with "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders.

Robert Pattinson revealed his romantic side in the interview with Seventeen Espanol when asked if he believed in the power of love and love that lasts a lifetime. Pattinson replied, "Definitely, yes. It sounds cheesy, but I see it with my parents. My dad met my mom when she was 17 and they're still happily together."

Rob's parents may have influenced the actor's view on love and marriage. Thus, he is more willing to forgive Stewart's transgression and to move forward with their relationship.

"I believe in keeping your family and friends close, because they'll treat you the same no matter what. Real relationships are not affected by whatever happens in life. Last week, OK! Magazine broke out the news that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart is already planning to get married and they are scouting locations for their real-life wedding.

There is no stopping the rumors surrounding Rob and Kristen. The magazine quoted a source saying that the two "are set to make it permanent - and legal."

"They're split between doing it in England or somewhere totally remote and tropical," a so-called "insider" tells OK! Reports also claimed that the two are planning to top the magical wedding scene in their movie, "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1".

However, the couple has not yet commented on the rumors.
