Twihards and Robsten fans are not too pleased with Robert Pattinson's romance with songstress FKA Twigs. Fans of Kristen Strewart and Robert Pattinson attacked the songstress, whose real name is Tahliah Barnett, with racist comments on her social media account. Amid all the chaos, an entertainment news and fashion website revealed just what Robert Pattinson "thinks of his new girlfriend."

Hollywood Life reportedly spoke to an unnamed "source close to the couple." Robert Pattinson extended support to FKA Twigs when haters hurled negative comments at her. The source told the website that Robert Pattinson "advised" her to "stay in gratitude for all the people who do support her."

At the same time, the actor doesn't forget to tell her "how much he absolutely adores her."

The source disclosed that Robert Pattinson very well knows how to bring a "smile on her face, make her laugh and be goofy" with his new girlfriend.

The couple has been spotted cozying in public and on romantic dates. News about their blossoming romance seemed to have angered fans who made racist remarks at her. This has reportedly "outraged" Robert Pattinson. The source states that the "Twilight" actor knows FKA Twigs will use this incident "as a platform to speak up and that's one of the reason why he likes her so much." The source claims that he thinks that his girlfriend is a "powerful, beautiful woman."

FKA Twigs is half Jamaican and half Spanish. In an interview with Dazed in June, she revealed that she has dealt with racist comments previously.

"I never really saw anything wrong with how I looked, it was more that certain people pointed things out to you about yourself. Either your hair's different, or the colour of your skin, or your features," FKA Twigs told Dazed.

Before dating FKA Twigs, Robert Pattinson romanced Kristen Stewart for almost three years after falling in love with her on the sets of "Twilight." They became one of the most admired couples of Hollywood. However, things fell apart in 2012 when Kristen Stewart's cheating scandal became public.
