It has been reported that Robert Pattinson isn’t taking split from Kristen Stewart lightly, prompting rumours that they are in for round three of Robsten romance.

The "Maps to the Stars" actor may have been seen all smiles and in the company of friends and artists after split from Kristen, even snapped kissing a mystery brunette, reportedly a film crew member of David Cronenberg’s drama film. But the actor apparently misses Kristen, who had just wrapped up filming "Camp X-Ray" and now had flown out of Los Angeles, suspected outside of the states.

A report by gossip Web site HollywoodLife.com noted that actor has Kristen in his heart and missing her since the split and especially after moving to Beverly Hills.

“Contrary to what Kristen believes, Rob is not taking their breakup lightly,” Rob’s friend was quoted as telling HL.

Rob simply just knows how to handle his emotions and even Kristen is not aware of it. Well, at least until K-Stew read related reports that Rob is still crazy about her.

The source added, “He just doesn’t show his emotions openly. He’s an introverted guy, especially when it comes to relationships.”

If Kristen finds herself in the company of friends including CJ Romero and Suzie, Rob turned to music. Rob, it will be recalled has his music career in mind when he flew to the states from London in 2007. He came to L.A. in hopes to jumpstart his career in music, until Edward Cullen came into the picture. Now that he’s done with the hit sci-fi fantasy film, the "Twilight" series, Rob has set his mind on his music and current projects. Instead of wallowing in pain that resulted from Robsten split.

“He’s heavily invested in his music career and it will only be a matter of time that he has a number one hit on his hands,” an insider told HL.

The source said to be close to Rob described his talents and passion in music and expressed hopes that the airwaves make room for his music.

The source noted, “He’s that talented and that passionate about making this happen. Rob is a very humble, deep, thoughtful person and music is his way of expressing his authentic self.”

Does this mean no reconciliation happening between him and Kristen?

Highly unlikely said Huffington Post. The news Web site said that after his intense talk with Kristen on Aug. 4, there’s indeed a great chance for the two rekindling their romance.

"They will probably pick up where they left off … Rob is obsessed with her," The Huffington Post said, citing a report by Us Weekly.

The same source noted that "Stewart is still heartbroken" and that "she can't seem to get over him."

Twihards are still in the dark as for round 3 of Robsten romance. With Rob working for "Maps to the Stars" and his music and Kristen enrolling to UCLA to study English Literature, indeed Robsten romance is here to drag out a little longer than expected.
