Rocker Vince Neil charged with battery, disorderly conduct over ex-girlfriend assault

Prosecutors confirm that Motley Crue rocker, Vince Neil has been charged with battery and disorderly conduct for reportedly hitting ex-girlfriend in March.
According to a Reuters report, the singer’s ex-girlfriend, Alicia Jacobs was with friends at the Shimmer Cabaret lounge in the Las Vegas Hilton when the incident occurred on March 24, two weeks after the couple had split.
Citing a report by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, Reuters said that Jacobson was sitting at the lounge with Patricia McCrone and John Katsilometes when Neil allegedly approached and pointed his fingers at the three of them while hurling obscene remarks.
The police report then described that the 50-year-old rocker jabbing at Jacobson in her right shoulder.
Katsilometes added Reuters wrote the incident for the paper, Las Vegas Sun.
Neil is set to appear for arraignment in Las Vegas Justice Court on May 2. This is not Neil’s visit to the court, noted Reuters. The singer spent 10 days in jail in February over his arrest in June 2010 for driving under the influence.
