How true are the rumours?
Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus shocked a lot of fans with their sudden engagement back in May of 2012. Friends, family and fans did not see this engagement coming. Web tabloids and relationship experts claim the relationship was bound for failure given both stars were too young to get engaged let along get married.
Still, the on-off and on again couple pursued the engagement and have been living a quiet soon-to-be-married life together. The couple had even sparked rumours of a secret wedding when both came out wearing bands on their ring fingers. Miley kept mum about the rumours yet with the talks of the marriage turning south, Cyrus had gone on an outrage.
The former Disney star had taken a break from Twitter but came back after only a few hours. Obviously, Cyrus was turning a blind eye to all the tabloid talk. On the other hand, Hemsworth flew off to Australia amidst the break-up rumours. According to a source to US Weekly, the couple is over and done.
"Liam and Miley are done," says the source, adding, "Miley put her career on hold to spend all her time with Liam. Now that she is back recording her fourth album, he's not happy. She says she's already over it. Work has put a stress on their relationship."
However, another source claims the complete opposite. Miley and Liam are trying to work things out and the marriage is still on.
"They still love each other and hope to make it work," stated the insider.
With Liam Hemsworth caught canoodling with January Jones and flirting with Emma Watson, could Miley Cyrus still overlook the signs? Will the big white wedding Miley had dreamt off come true? Fans can only hope Cyrus and Hemsworth fix the mess or suffer a marriage in shambles.
