‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’: Leaked trailer description talks about Death Troopers

A leaked trailer description of “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” has surfaced online, supposedly revealing the details about the first trailer of the movie. The trailer description talks about Death Troopers and some of the vehicles of the Empire.

It has still not been confirmed whether or not the trailer description is authentic, Geek Tyrant reports. Readers are advised to treat the description as a rumour at this time. A black Stormtrooper is reportedly featured in the trailer and this is expected to be the new Death Troopers that will be introduced in the movie.

There will also be Storm Troopers wearing full chrome armours, which is similar in design to the armour of the other soldiers. The concept of chrome armours was first introduced in “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.”

Two AT-AT assault vehicles are also said to be featured in the trailer. The vehicles are said to be of a new design, with a door panel on the side and having a light beige colour paint. The first “Rogue One” A Star Wars Story” trailer supposedly also features pictures of some of the cast members.

Felicity Jones, Diego Luna and Donnie Yen are said to be featured in the trailer. The names of the characters the cast members are playing in the movie have not been revealed yet. Jones was seen inside a ship or a shuttle, holding onto a hatch behind her. The actress is said to have some dialogue in the trailer.

Meanwhile, a video claiming to be the first trailer of the movie was posted on Facebook recently. The video shows two AT-ATs and a few TiE fighters in the air. Some of the fans pointed out that the video was a fake.

“Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” has been directed by Gareth Edwards. The movie is slated to be released on Dec. 16 in Australia and in the US.
