Just before the show, The Ultimate Fighter, premiered last week, head promoter Dana White was confident that her all-female cast will produce the next Ronda Rousey. The reigning women's bantamweight champion is already looking at someone who can inherit her throne and her name, Rose Namajunas.

Rowdy all had kind words for the submissions artist. She points out her marketability as brought about her charisma, skillset and personality that will pave the way for her rise to mixed martial arts' consciousness.

"I called it from the very beginning. As soon as I saw her, I saw this girl is special," Rousey recently said per Yahoo! Sports. "She's got an amazing skill set, she's an exciting fighter. She takes risks, she's gorgeous, and she's charismatic."

The Lithuanian fighter went 4-0 during her amateur days and continued that with two straight wins in her entry into the professional ranks via Invicta. In her first professional bout, she won by a rear-naked choke against Emily Kagan in the third round of Invicta FC 4: Esparza vs. Hyatt last Jan. 5, 2013. Her second win was more impressive after she knocked Kathina Catron out via a flying armbar just 12 seconds into the match at Invicta FC 5. Her third bout brought her back to earth as she lost via unanimous decision to TUF co-contender Tecia Torres at Invitca FC 6 that headlined Coene versus Cyborg Justino.

This nod of approval of Rousey must do all wonders for her confidence as the TUF competition heats up. It also helps that she is currently dating Glory and former UFC heavyweight Pat Barry, who also serves as his sparring partner.
