The influential English band Roxy Music are set to tour Australia for the first time since 2001. The band has been a pivotal hinge between disco and punk of the '70s and new wave electronica in the '80s.

Roxic Music will paly seven dates in WSA, Adelaide, Melbourne, New South Wales, and Queensland in February and March next year. They are famous for hits like 'More Than This' and 'Jealous Guy.' Original members including singer Brayn Ferry, guitarist Phil Manzanera, saxophonist Andy Mackay and drummer Paul Thompson will figure in the tour, while Brian Eno remains absent. Eno left the group in 1973 after a falling out with Ferry.

Australian act Mondo Rock will join the band on tour. Tickets will sell from August 25.
