It looks like Prince Harry is taking things to the next level with girlfriend Cressida Bonas.

Recently, Prince Harry was reportedly asking sister-in-law Kate Middleton for relationship advice, and it seems her advice has worked.

Actually, we think it is working even better than what we expected, because now, sources reveal that the 28-year-old royal will be engaged "before the year is out."

It is widely known that things between the famous couple had heated up last week when reports surfaced that Harry has been telling his friends that he had met "The One."

An insider told British magazine Grazia, "Cressida is so good for Harry and everyone loves her. She was born to be a princess. Everyone is talking wedding bells and we're expecting an announcement before the year is out."

The source continued, "Harry seems determined to prove how serious he is about her and that he's in it for the long run. He knows she's The One and they've started tentatively talking about the inevitable next step. It's nerve-wracking, but they're both madly in love."

Speculations over the royal's future plans with Cressida were raised when reports came out of the couple discussing the matter over an intimate dinner held at the prince's apartment. The dinner was supposedly held after the British royal and the socialite introduced each other to their respective families.

The couple was rumoured to have broken up before when a scandal of Harry broke out during his last trip to the U.S. The prince was photographed frolicking nude in his Las Vegas hotel room, and after the scandal went out, it was thought that Cressida have finished things with the prince. Apparently, he won her back through penned letters while he was on duty with the British army in Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry is set to visit the U.S. again in May, and New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg is going to host a party for the royal, along with a dozen other Hollywood stars. Many are speculating that the soiree will put Harry and Cressida's relationship to the test, and we'll just have to wait and see if this rumoured engagement would push through.
