Royal Family Charges Photographer for Kate Middleton Nude Photo Scandal [PHOTOS]
The Royal Family is left with so much anger towards the photographer who snapped photos of Kate Middleton without her top on. Because of this, they are pushing for the prosecution of the said paparazzi.
St. James Palace representatives will make a complaint to French prosecutors today against the photographer/s who took photos of the Duchess while she is in a private and unguarded situation. It has been said that the Royal Family wants the photographer/s to be charged with criminal offences for invading the Royals' privacy and exposing it in such a manner.
Over the weekend, Kate Middleton nabbed the eyes of the world and this time, it's not about her clothes. Ironically, the most talked-about icon in fashion today is left embarrassed and humiliated with the release of her topless photos. While in a vacation house in the South of France, the Duke and Duchess' were explicitly photographed sunbathing in the nude.
Closer Magazine, French weekly, first released the photos and has caused a media and morality uproar.
Lawyers representing the St. James Palace and the Royal Family have already presented charges through the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Nanterre in Paris today, and are awaiting whether photographers will face charges in court.
"We can confirm that a criminal complaint is to be made to the French Prosecution Department tomorrow. The complaint concerns the taking of photographs of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge whilst on holiday and the publication of those photographs in breach of their privacy" said a palace representative yesterday in a report.
Meanwhile an Italian magazine is set to release a second set of the Duchess' topless photos today to further expose the private images of Kate Middleton. While the rest of the world is veering over the topic with such concern and disbelief, it seems that the editor of Closer magazine feels unrepentant about their decision to release the photos.
"We're in the celebrity press business and we know that these images are full of joy, not degrading and concern a princess who is pretty and is making the whole world dream" claims Laurence Pieau in a report.
