Just last week, Catherine Middleton did grocery shopping by herself and was spotted in a simple Paige denim plain jeans, a simple purple sweater with a checkered scarf and still looked stunning. Not only does the Duchess prove that she is no spend-thrift when it comes to clothes, she also makes women fee that they, too, could nab a Prince someday by staying simple and real.

Since her days as a pretty co-ed that had Prince William gushing, Middleton always had a simple, carefree style that's comfortable and easy to maintain. Before living the life of a soon-to-be-Queen in glamorous designer clothes, the Duchess used to sport simple pieces - even repeatedly. Middleton always used a white purse she paired to every kind of look, from floral dresses to matching sweat suits. The "casual" Kate is also a fan of boots, loose, dainty tops, ballet flats and denim jeans. These are pieces any stylish lady can afford and personalize, and almost anyone can dress like The Duchess with the littlest budget.

The Duchess of Cambridge had a chic uptown style that she tries to maintain with her outfits today. Being the "practical Duchess" that she is, Middleton still refuses to hire a personal stylist because it "unnecessary" and "a waste of money".
