Ruby Rose is getting married. The 27-year-old model and TV presenter has announced that she has accepted fashion designer Phoebe Dahl’s marriage proposal.

“Asking her to be mine 3 times always to be rejected I swore I’d never ask again... then this morning at 6 am she broke into my house with flowers, coffee and a question... and I said... go f*** yourself... and just kidding I said...” Rose wrote on her Instagram, posting a picture of two “I Do” canvases adjacent to a bed.

It was only recently that Rose has hinted at a romance with Dahl, the CEO of Faircloth clothing. They were thought to be just friends until the model posted intimate pictures of them together, calling Dahl a “dreamboat.”

Dahl has also been posting pictures of Rose on her Instagram account.

Apparently, their love flows through their blood, and Rose wanted a reminder of it by keeping a vial of Dahl’s blood with her.

“Nothing quite says love like a vile of her blood... it pumps through her heart keeping every fibre of her being alive on this magical earth... I’m going to make it into a necklace. So she’s always living in, on and around me,” she captioned a photo of her holding a vial of blood.

If the blood vial-gesture seems familiar, it’s because Hollywood A-lister Angelina Jolie once wore her then-husband Billy Bob Thornton’s blood around her neck. Their marriage did not last, though, and Jolie is now engaged to long-time partner and the father of her six children, Brad Pitt.

Rose was previously rumoured to be getting married to former girlfriend Lyndsey Anne McMillan in 2009. She was also briefly engaged to fellow Aussie model Catherine McNeil, but their relationship ended in 2010.
