Australian actress Ruby Rose and Halsey seem to be enjoying life to the fullest. The “Orange is the New Black” (OITNB) star is happy to be single and was spotted with new beau and gal-pal Halsey on a date this Monday in a movie theatre in Hollywood, California. Rose recently broke up with long time girlfriend Phoebe Dahl, but Rose has nothing but love for her former girlfriend.

Rose and Halsey were spotted together going for the “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” movie. The two and had lunch together. Both kept it casual in snapbacks, black jackets and tees, reports E Online. Back in August, Rose tweeted a simple “hi” to Halsey and since then everybody has been speculating about the two. The singer Halsey also responded with a “hi” with some emoji hearts. Nobody knows whether this small outing was a friendly thing or something more.

According to Sky News, the two looked like twins on a date sporting short pixie haircuts, baseball caps and dark jeans. In 2016, Rose is going to have a very busy award season as the American TV series OITNB has been nominated for the Screen Actors' Guild Awards and Golden Globe in 2016. Rose and Dahl split up earlier this month precisely because of their hectic schedules.

“It's completely amicable and they wish each other the best,” a source had revealed when asked on their breakup. The source had also added that distance has strained their relationship as the two had to spend most of their time away from each other.

2015 has been quite an “awesome” year for Rose.

“Yes what a marvelous year. Orange came out, I did a guest episode on dark matter (sic), shot Resident evil, started shooting John Wick, have a movie lined up for February,” Rose had captioned a video on her Instagram account where she also listed her other achievements.

And I spent it with an amazing team and an amazing group of friends and of course Pheebs. Can't leave out my odd ball adopted pets who I love more than anything.. I don't know how I could ever out do that in 2016 but thank you everyone for your support and making this such a mind blowing life changing year. I am forever grateful.

She also co-hosted the MTV Europe Music Awards with Ed Sheeran. Social media went into overdrive when she was seen in a peculiar spaghetti dress. She wore the unusual dress as a tribute to Milan where the annual award ceremony was being held. The former MTV VJ was surprisingly praised for the dress rather than being criticised; proving that she can carry almost anything and look beautiful.
