Mendes is said to be having insecurity problems with Gosling. According to sources, she easily gets jealous. With a boyfriend like Gosling, it's going to be hard for Eva to keep the ladies from having fantasies about him. According to US Weekly, the couple are very much different from each other. Gosling tends to be quite 'moody' while his counterpart, Mendes, is 'insecure'.

Other than their issues with each other, the two also find it hard to spend time with each other because of their work schedules. Each are currently spending time quite far from each other as Gosling is about to debuts his directorial skills in a new movie.

Friends of the couple say that Mendes has changed a lot and seems a little less enthusiastic when asked about Gosling. It could be a sign that there is definitely something wrong with the couple. Whenever the star is asked about Gosling, she has a tendency to change the subject or segue from answering it.

''She shuts down anyone who brings Ryan up, It's clear something is wrong," a friend of them says. The source also revealed,
