Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively's new relationship is surely moving fast. The couple was spotted having a quiet dinner for two at L'Espalier, a French-inspired restaurant in Boston's fashionable Back Bay neighborhood.

The pair, who have been dating for a month, are said to be already looking for a love nest to buy together. According to New York Post's Page Six, the couple was also spotted checking out this $4.5 million apartment in Manhattan.

The pad is situated between the historic Flatiron building and the Empire State and is nestled on the back of Madison Square Park.

"When they were finished looking, Blake left the building first. She was wearing knee-high boots with jeans a coat and a fedora hat," a witness said.

Blake reportedly got straight into a Town Car and Ryan left shortly afterwards stepping into the same car.

"Blake's little dog was waiting with the driver in the car for them while they looked inside the building," the witness was reported to say.

The Gossip Girl star was dating Leonardo DiCaprio before hooking up with Canadian hunk Ryan Reynolds. On the other hand, the "X-Men" actor finalized his divorce from film siren Scarlett Johansson in July of this year after a two-year marriage.

Lively was also spotted visiting her new beau on his latest movie set in Boston. The actress was pictured poking her head out of Reynolds's trailer. The "Gossip Girl" star watched her "Green Lantern" co-star ride his bike around the set of "R.I.P.D."

Lively did not stop by empty-handed. She was joined by her little Maltipoo Penny. "They are very much a couple," a source recently told People. "They're really happy together."
