Was it really pure coincidence or planned? Single hunk Ryan Reynolds was in for a surprise when old friend Sandra Bullock attended the premiere night of his latest film "The Change Up." The actor was visibly happy to see a radiant Sandra and took her by his side at the red carpet of the Los Angeles premiere. It is undeniable that the two look good together, both on- and off-screen.

Ryan is still recovering from his recent split with former his wife, actress Scarlett Johansson, in December last year and rumors began to swirl that he found comfort with his former co-star Sandra, who was also recently divorced. Ryan and Sandra were reported to have spent New Year's Eve together and were seen in a party early this year.

However, Ryan was quick to counter the rumors. He said he is still taking time to heal and deal with the divorce. According to Hollywood News, Reynolds is in no rush to get in to another relationship after he called it quits with Scarlett Johansson because they barely have time together with their separate working engagements.

"At the moment, I am just giving myself time to put everything that has happened behind me and I am taking things as they come," Reynolds commented. He also admitted that he will be moving on. "I am going to be ready for a relationship again soon," Reynolds further added.

The question now is, will it be with Sandra Bullock? The Oscar-winning beauty cleared up the speculation by explaining that Reynolds had been an "amazing friend" to her during the months after her much publicized divorce from ex-husband Jesse James at the start of 2010. As a way of retutning the favor and a show of support for her friend, Sandra went to the premier with her other friends. Both of them graciously faced the cameras, whispering and exchanging laughs, to the cheer of fans on the red carpet.
