Samsung Finally Confirmed Galaxy Note 3
Samsung Electronics finally confirmed the existence of the much-awaited Galaxy Note and rumoured screen resolution of 1080 x 1920. The South Korean tech giant also uses an ARM processor for the newest Galaxy Note series.
SamMobile uncovered the latest leak on the Galaxy Note 3 from a User Agent Profile within Samsung that the upcoming phablet will sport 5.7-inches of full HD AMOLED display, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, 13MP primary camera and quad-core or octa-core processor.
Technical Aspect of Galaxy Note 3
Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean will be the initial OS version of Galaxy Note 3 but eligible to receive both Android 4.3 and Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie with expectation to get it by late 2013 or early 2014 just like with Samsung Galaxy S4.
The 13MP primary camera remains mysterious but rumours have detailed before that Galaxy Note 3 will feature an optical image stabilisation lens to capture detailed and balance on both image and video capturing.
For the processor, there is a possibility that Samsung will make two variants - Qualcomm Snapdragon variant for U.S. and Exynos octa-core for the international market - very similar with Galaxy S4.
However, Android Beat revealed that Galaxy Note 3 may have four variations once released.
"Remember how yesterday I said there would be four Galaxy Note 3 variants? Well, I found the SM-N900A, SM-N900p, SM-N900T and SM-N900V. Could these three variants simple be carrier specific versions of the Note 3 that have specific radios? Possibly, but that's not how Samsung usually does things. Take the Galaxy S4 for instance. We all know it as GT-I9505 (Snapdragon-powered) or GT-I9500 (Exynos version). The Chinese variant is called the GT-I902; it has its own model number," detailed by Android Beat.
Release Date of Galaxy Note 3
The upcoming Galaxy Note series should create even more interest in the Samsung brand of devices and could take some interest away from Apple. Just like the Samsung Galaxy S4 launching, Galaxy Note 3 is expected to bring out a new age and should transform into a better device compared to its predecessor.
It is currently believed that Galaxy Note 3 will make a debut appearance at the IFA 2013 trade show at Berlin, Germany in September 6 to 11 2013.
